They switched the beach to the bay. Kinda happy about it. I was still tired after the fast. Got there early and I am glad because I really did not know where to go. Mosquitoes biting everyone.

The bay was quiet until the athletes went in. I was concerned about whether or not I will be able to do the swim in under 30 minutes. The ocean is tricky. My best time for bay was so far, 21:03. I did this one in 12:25. Could not believe it. The run back was longer then a 1/4 mile and on concrete and barefoot.

The bike and run were uneventful. Bike was mostly flat but had some heavy winds.
