Look closely at these 2 pictures (pre wave and post wave). In the left picture you can see me hanging on to the buoy. I have green coloring on my wetsuit in the shoulder area. The right picture is a couple of seconds later. I'm gone from view but still there. In fact, look at the buoy itself. In the left picture, you can see almost the entire buoy (focus on the space under the words "Drink. Evolve"). In the right picture, that space is GONE!

This is from last years race but it's a great image. Look at the jump (leap of faith) we needed to do into the cold water. Pushed really.
