I found this link on mapmyrun.com. It maps the run nicely.

Jim told me the day before at the ymca that it was going to be cold. Specifically 14 degrees. I just did not expect that he be right. It was 14 degrees and colder with the wind chill factor. It was COLD!

Got a good parking spot and headed to the port-a-potties. Borrowed a pair of socks from Jim to put on my gloves. Checked in his baggage. Went to pee one last time and I made a major mistake. Took my gloves off to see which is which glove. Hands froze in an instance and I was in major pain. I was hurting. Luckily, I saw a volunteer with chemical hand warmers and went to beg for some. Put it in between the 2 gloves and it helped - eventually. Took a while but it did. Got my toes back after a few miles too.

They changed the starting point this year too which changed things a little. All in all, did not like it. Could not get comfortable and I was hurting (fingers/toes). I did find a phone during the race and I picked it up. More on that later.

One interesting thing did happen. The day before, the Balsans and us went to the hall of science to see cyberchase. While there we learned about the condensation point of things. While running, I noticed a guy in front of me, had a lot of white stuff on his shoulders and back. Looked almost like dandruff or snow. Then I noticed that a few other people had it too. I also had it. When I wiped it off, I realized it was condensation or frost.

Kevin and his girlfriend picked up the phone later and actually brought me a bottle of wine. Completly unnecessary but still nice.
