Jeremy now has a page of his own too. This is one way to reach me. Here is a dumping ground of links to races that I am interested in doing. I also wrote a calendar program that seems to work nicely. Always shows 3 panes: previous month, current month and next month.

2011 was a good year. In Swimming, I completed 18.07 miles of swim races which included the Maggie Fischer 5.25 miler and the Little Red Lighthouse 10K swim. In Biking, I completed 333 miles of biking events. This includes the Mansion ride and the Gold Coast Century both of which I am ready to retire. In running, I completed 184.20 miles of running events which included 2 50K's (1 road and 1 trail), 2 plain old Marathons and 1 Marathon inside an Ironman. In Triathlon, I did one Half-Ironman and one full Ironman. I didn't do any stair races but I did start training for it for real.

In 2011, I PR'ed in the Marathon sliding still closer to the elusive 4 hour mark and together completed 5 Marathon or longer races doing 3 Marathons in 3 calendar months. To Summarize, I have 16 Domestic Marathons in 1 continent. The breakdown is 6 States, 2 Ironmans, 2 Ultra Marathons and 12 Marathons. I hope to add more. I have never swam so far or so long in the pool or in open water. I have always hated, shunned and ran away from stairs but now train on them regularily. I feel my legs adapting to it and while I still hate them, I can now climb them and see the point in them.

This years schedule is very diverse. I would like to do 2 "Vertical Race" or stair climbing races. It will make me stronger. I also want to do another IM and to try to do at least a marathon or longer per month. It would be nice to move up in the rankings of Marathon Maniacs but collecting stars ain't that easy.
