Jeremy now has a page of his own too. This is one way to reach me. Here is a dumping ground of links to races that I am interested in doing. I also wrote a calendar program that seems to work nicely. Always shows 3 panes: previous month, current month and next month.

2015 was a very interesting year.

Triathlons: I attempted an Ironman and my bike broke at mile 99. I suffered carrying the bike for 2 miles before I waws pulled. My first DNF. I then did another Ironman 2 weeks later and came in 1st for age.

Swims: No swims except for the Ironman segment.

Biking: Did the Mansion ride again (100K) and of course the Ironman segments as listed above.

Running: OK...This was huge. Did 2 100 milers, Beast of Burden - Winter and Summer edition, and got the extra special 200 Buckle. It was hard fought but did it. The winter was cold as hell (interesting expression) which is my bane and the summer was a humongous PR (2 hours and 43 minutes). Besides that I also did a bunch of Marathons, 50Ks and the JFK 50 miler which was tough. I did a streak run of at least 1 mile a day (every day) and also finished the 2,015 miles in 2015.

Stairs: Nothing.

2016: Taking a break from the 100s this year for wifes sake but getting my miles in. Still doing the 1 mile a day streak and also doing the 2,016 miles in 2016 challenge.
