Jeremy now has a page of his own too. This is one way to reach me. Here is a dumping ground of links to races that I am interested in doing. I also wrote a calendar program that seems to work nicely. Always shows 3 panes: previous month, current month and next month.

2013 was a very interesting year. I didn't do to many swim related races nor did I do any biking events or Triathlons. I also didn't do any stair climbing races. I did do another Back2Back knocking 2 more states off and completed my first 100 miler. I also did my first relay which was interesting.

I got much faster in the pool and decided to go back to the weight room and promptly injured my left bicep on the bicep machine. This of course affected the speed as well.

I swam under the Brooklyn Bridge with Jeremy who beat me by 12 seconds and then had to endure smack talk. Very proud moment. Also, the kids and I did a Mud Run and we all got dirty and had a lot of fun and memories.

This years schedule is gonna have 2 vertical (stair) races and another 100 miler. Hopefully get a bike event on here as well. I was hoping to have done a long swim (15 miles) but it was too expensive. I found another but it was on Yom Kippur and this year they are not having it. One day...

I know it's a little early to talk about 2015 but I got something B-I-G in mind or at the very least S-T-U-P-I-D on a much bigger scale.
